Buddy is the founder of Studio Eleven57, a strategy firm focused on driving growth, impact and transformation at the crossroads of health, sustainability and technology.

Buddy has expertise across a wide spectrum of industries (including: CPG food, beverages, agriculture, healthcare, the airlines, skiing, travel and technology) and is a leading thinker on the future of food. He is passionate about design thinking and discovering new ways to impact change at scale.

He grew up overseas and has led work in over a dozen countries. He is a student of global culture and has a deep appreciation for the complexity around societal values, beliefs and behavior.

Prior to launching Studio Eleven57, Buddy was the President of the Sterling-Rice Group (SRG), a top-tier brand strategy, innovation and communications firm, serving both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. The company was recognized by Advertising Age as a “Best Small Agency” and named one of the “Best Places to Work” by Outside Magazine under his leadership.

Buddy is an avid skier, traveler, guitar player, reader and father.
